From Hollywood to Nashville, Kelly’s expansive experience covers two decades of a diverse background in music and the AV industry. After relocating to Nashville in the late 90’s, Kelly took a job with a local AV integration company, where coincidentally he met his future partner, Bruce Cordell. Following some notable sales accomplishments, Kelly’s AV career quickly evolved to include roles in online merchandising, engineering, service and installation—all of which gave him the breadth of practical know-how to solidly position him for his next chapter.
In 2003, Bruce Cordell’s AV integration company was growing. He recruited Kelly, who quickly took control of standardizing M3’s operational systems and inventory practices. Kelly transformed warehouse management in coming years, and implemented new BI software and internal processes to streamline operations.
Today, Kelly continues to oversee all purchasing and order processing functions and handles the larger, more detailed jobs. His expertise with business software applications and ERP solutions – including M3’s Managed Services solution – yields a vital benefit to M3 employees and clients alike. Says Kelly, “If I’m confident about one thing, it’s that I can take on almost any task-oriented process and refine it to efficiency…and continue to improve upon the flow of our business model.”
