Rusty Howell has been part of the M3 team since its inception as Multi Media Masters in 2003. His widespread experience in the AV industry covers more than 20 years, with diverse roles in sales, installation, project management and engineering. Rusty excels at keenly understanding the needs and vision of a customer for any given space, and transforming them into reality.

Rusty directly manages the Nashville sales staff, and supports all sales activity and the overall sales strategy throughout the company.
